No Emmy For Britney Spears!

Well love muffins, it looks like Britney Spears will not be receiving an Emmy nomination for her guest staring role on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Britney was one of forty-one woman to be considered for the award, but she didn’t crack the top 11! So unfortunate, I really thought Britney did a spectacular job playing the quirky receptionist, Abby. Did Britney get snubbed or was her performance not stellar enough to be considered? Thoughts?

Modeling Has Never Looked So Good!

Love muffins, get into this! I came across this show that knocked me over. It’s called She’s Got The Look and it comes on Wednesdays at 10 pm/9 central on TVLand. This show has some of the most splendiferous women I have ever seen and they are all aspiring models over 35 hosted by Kim Alexis. There is a woman that is fifty and super duper fierce and then there is a forty-five year old woman with five kids, yes I said five kids and forty-five! This is a show to really check out and see these womens amazing stories of how they are doing something that they’ve wanted to do in life and didn’t give up.

America’s Best Dance Crew!

Did you get a chance to watch MTV’s second season of America’s Best Dance Crew last night? I did. There were some good dance crews, but over all I was not impressed. There are some groups to keep a look out for though. Super Cr3w really entertained me from start to finish with their stunts and dance moves. A.S.I.I.D is also another group that I have my eye out for. Hopefully, I will be more impressed as the season progresses. Love muffins, do you have any favorites so far?

Tony Awards Tonight!

Tonight Whoopi Goldberg will host the 2008 Tony Awards on the CBS network! Presenters for this year’s awards include Alec Baldwin, Barry Bostwick, Kristin Chenoweth, and Harry Connick, Jr., just to name a few. This year’s most nominated show is “In The Heights” with a staggering 13 nominations! Love muffins will you be tuning in to the Broadway extravaganza?

Brody Jenner Looks For New BFF!

Love muffins, what would you say if I told you that MTV The Hills star Brody Jenner wanted to be like Paris Hilton? Paris Hilton has decided to take her hunt for a new best friend to television and Brody Jenner will do the same thing. He will get six episodes to fill the empty slot that was left by Spencer Pratt. On most reality shows, they find a way to make the elimination a bit humiliating, but this one will include all of the guys in a hot tub. They will have to take their walk of shame and rejection with wet shorts on - wait a minute this might not be too bad of a show. There has not yet been a date released of it’s premiere. Will you watch to see who will get the spot as Brody’s new best friend?

Brazile: Anderson Cooper Is Not My Boo!

Take me higher lord! I almost fell over when I saw this video. Democrat commentator Donna Brazile was on AC 360 and was talking about her conversation with democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. While talking about what Obama plans to do, she stated that she knows what everyone else knows - Anderson responds with “I want to know something he has only told you”. That’s when it gets good. She replies, “Anderson you are not my boo”. Jesus take the wheel! He said, “but I want to be your boo”. Later, he admitted that he had no idea what “boo” meant. Would you let Anderson Cooper be your boo?

Being A Cartoon Voice Never Sounded Sweeter!

Love muffins, get into this! The voices behind the longest running show on television is getting a raise! Yes a raise! I know they could use a little bit more money - lord knows I can. The Simpsons is coming up on it’s 20th season and will be available for four more seasons, but are still in talks to see if they will go past the twentieth. Going back to the raise, do the math of $400,000 per episode for 20 episodes. Take me higher lord! I hope they looking for new voices - I can see myself as a character. It’s good that their talents are being recognized. Could you use an extra $100,000? Shoot I can use an extra $10.

Check out the Pussycat Dolls as they prepare to work it over on tonight’s airing of the MTV Movie Awards! Love muffins I am in love with their new single “When I Grow Up“! This song is so super duper catchy, and so divine! Lord knows I can definitely relate to the lyrics and I can’t wait to see them perform it live again!

It instantly became one of my favorite movies - I cried, laughed, thought about my future as far as love is concerned and realized my desire to move to New York City is alive and well.

It looks as if the saga of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt is just getting started, all over again. Take me higher lord! It looks as if there is more interviews to see if this time they can put both feet in their mouths. “I’m ready to marry Spencer,” the 21-year-old Hills star tells Us. “He’s my soulmate.” I don’t know how much attention two people need, but I hope it all works out. If they televised this event, would you tune in to see these exchange of scripted vows?

TV: The Andromeda Strain

Did any of you catch The Andromeda Strain on A&E last night. Well I did, and I can’t wait for part two to air tonight. This movie slightly reminds me of the CBS show Jericho and that is a good thing. To summarize the movie, a U.S. satellite falls to Earth in Piedmont, Utah. When civilians decide to open it, a mysterious plague is unleashed that kills virtually everyone, often driving them into acts of mad violence before they die. The orgasmic Benjamin Bratt co-stars in the movie - oh so sexy! If you missed the first part, visit A&E to find out when it will air again.

Canceled TV Shows!

Many shows that we grew attached to before the writer’s strike, will not be coming back this fall. Moonlight (CBS) is one that will not be back this Fall. I really think they need to bring the show back - Mick (Alex O’Loughlin) was one orgasmic vampire and I need more of him. Take me higher lord! At least the last episode ended on a good note. Of course you already know that Oprah’s show Oprah’s Big Give (ABC) has been canceled too. Jericho (CBS) also won’t be back - this is a really good show, but people seem to sleep on it. I am extremely pissed that Bionic Woman (NBC) isn’t coming back. Maybe another network would pick it back up! I should start a petition!
