I randomly watched 2005’s Monster-in-Law last night on HBO; it’s such a super duper splendiferous romantic comedy! Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda are the best! More importantly the movie gave me hope that one day I will experience the true unconditional love that Jennifer Lopez’s character experienced but I pray without the psycho Monster-in-Law!

Jessica Biel looked fabulous at last night’s premiere of I Know Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. her dress was the business, and she looked flawless. The movie isn’t even really about her, but she will inevitably steal the screen time because she’s pretty.

Ms. Biel’s co-stars, Adam Sandler and Kevin James, didn’t quite dress to impress, but they both had ladies on their arms to make them look better. This may be one of those movies that only registers as a small blip on the radar for their careers, but hey, you gotta get those coins!

Elisha Cuthbert & Daniel Gillies (Spiderman 2) star in this horror filled thriller about a stalker who tortures his victims to the maximum degree. Cuthbert plays the role of a celebutante who is captured and put through grueling tests of survival. Coming out in theatres tomorrow, the film has been in publicity circulation for a long time now. Trailers and posters promoting the film prematurely marking the films alleged arrival. It supposedly makes some aspects of “Saw” look like childsplay, but it sounds like it could be a more sophisticated version of the disappointing “Hostel” franchise.

Zac Efron of “High School Musical” fame and of the new hit “Hairspray” is slated to revive the Kevin Bacon role in the film ‘Footloose’.

The original film was about a town in which dancing & rock music have been shut down. A newcomer (Bacon/Efron) comes to town and stimulates a change. Should be interesting. With all these dancing movies, next thing you know Efron will be starring in “You Got Served IV – Blood on the Dance Floor.”

The stars came out to celebrate the LA premiere of Hairspray. Amanda Bynes and Brittany Snow were all smiles as they walked the red carpet, and Nikki Blonsky looked elegant at her first film showcase.

Love muffins, please don’t be fooled by Michelle Pfeiffer’s tricky ways. She’s older than dirt, but she looked splendiferously gorgeous in white last night. You have to admit that Hollywood women have it hard, especially as they age, and she looks good despite all of that!

Queen Latifah decided to rock this blonde wig throughout the entire evening. Something tells us she’s taking hair advice from Janice Combs, P. Diddy’s mom!

Viewers of the new summer blockbuster, “Transformers”, have seen a new movie trailer that has curiosity and confusion on the rise! Bad Robot Productions under the mega-producer J.J. Abrams showed the following trailer to movie watchers…

Shot in hand-held and extremely innovative in it’s grasping approach, this film is rumored to be on the level of ‘Armageddon’. Information on the project is extremely hushed and the only previews available are leaked versions that are taken by consumer hand-cams. Paramount until recently has denied even knowing about the project or what it is. Even the name of the film is still unknown. Many think it is the new “Godzilla”, however, those claims are reportedly false. Others think its a preview for the “Star Trek” project that Abrams is working on, but that is allegedly wrong as well. The latest information on this project is that it’s called ‘Cloverfield’. It is supposed to be about a major unexpected attack on NYC by a creature known as the “parasite”! Whatever it is, the trailer is infectious and marketing teams have been brilliant in the pre-launch of this movie’s madness.
