Take me higher lord! One of my UK love muffins (Christian Sanchini) sent me this “This Is What Happens to Cheating People!” video featuring his friend Kate Bond having an Angela Basset Waiting To Exhale moment after she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her. Note: Kate could have pawned that Tag Heuer watch though.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson was spotted on the streets of Manhattan Tuesday night looking rather comfy. Love muffins, have you seen the new movie trailer for Twilight: New Moon? I have a feeling this movie will be better than the first!

Jesus take the wheel and drive me off the road! At the 2009 MTV Movie Awards held on Sunday, Bruno (Sasha Baron Cohen – Ali G) descends down in a white feathered outfit and somehow places his pale bagel buns right in Eminem’s mouth. Eminem (who obviously was not aware he was about to toss another man’s salad on national television) starts to turn read in the face, asking his bodyguards to help him. Once freed from Bruno’s booty lint, he gets up and storms out! One word: priceless.

In what proved to be the interesting winner of the #1 slot at this weekend’s boxoffice, Ben Stiller-driven Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian conquered pole position, finishing the super-sized holiday weekend with an estimated $70 million. Smithsonian marks Stiller’s biggest live-action opening, topping the $46.1 million earned opening weekend for 2004’s Meet The Fockers (this movie is too funny – you must catch if you haven’t already). The first installment of Museum opened in December 2006 with $30.4 million, going on to gross an enviable $251 million domestically. CONTINUE READING

Love muffins, how time flies. Another season of American Idol crowns a new king – Kris Allen of Conway, AR! Kris is an amazing talent, but sadly, my heart was set on Adam Lambert. Coming in second is not a bad thing, I mean, look at Clay Aiken (does anyone know where Ruben Studdard is?). Adam will soon be on his way through the American Idol machine – getting a record deal, styling team, etc. …a magic team. I’m sure we all thought it was time for our first gay Idol!
Do you love muffins think this season was one of the better ones, or just one of the rest?
