According to In Touch Usher is divorcing his wife Tameka Foster — the divorce papers were filed in Atlanta this morning.

In Touch can exclusively reveal that Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, are divorcing. “The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider exclusively tells In Touch, adding, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.” The soon-to-be exes have two kids together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months. And the insider says that it’s more than just talk — the divorce papers were filed in Atlanta this morning. The couple has faced problems in the past. In November 2008, In Touch reported that Usher was flirting with girls at a party in Miami, and even asked a model what she was doing afterward. And in February, In Touch revealed that although Usher flew to Tameka’s side after she suffered cardiac arrest from cosmetic surgery in Brazil, he “had no idea that she was there to have surgery.”

I can’t say that I didn’t see this one coming. Actually, I’m surprised that it didn’t happen sooner. I’m sure there are personal reasons as to why the marriage didn’t work out, and it’s nobody’s place to judge what went wrong or to place blame on either party. I will say this though, with Usher’s new album scheduled for release later this year it’ll be interesting to see whether he plays up the “player” image as opposed to the “married” image that many saw as the main reason for the commercial failure of his last album. Now that Tameka is out of the picture, if this album underperforms, he has no one else to blame but himself.

Cameron Diaz, Usher, Miley Cyrus plus more arrived at Nickelodeon’s 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion on Saturday afternoon in L.A. Will somebody please throw her a sandwich – she’s looking a bit gaunt. We all love Cameron with those piercing blue eyes, but I’m not sure about this polka-dotted, time-warped look. I thought we were over jeans with holes in them. However, I do like it because it reminds me of warm weather – summer’s just around the corner!

Usher is criticizing Chris Brown over recently-publicized photos showing the 19 year-old laughing and having a good time while jet skiing in Miami.

Says Usher, “I’m a little disappointed in [the] photo. After the other photo [of Rihanna's bruised face posted by TMZ]? C’mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man’s on jet skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?”

Brown’s arraignment is Thursday for allegedly assaulting Rihanna February 8th in L.A. The two reportedly stayed together at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Star Island home in Miami. The on-again couple was spotted arriving in L.A. Monday.

Love muffins, just before Usher’s wife (Tameka Foster) was scheduled to undergo plastic surgery last Friday, she had a massive heart attack!

Foster went into cardiac arrest while being anesthetized, “but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage,” Dastry adds. She was then placed into an induced coma before being transferred into an intensive care unit “to avoid unnecessary complications.” US

I pray that she is healing and is doing well. Too much is going on right now between this and Rihanna and Chris Brown’s drama! Thoughts?

Usher and his wife Tameka Raymond welcomed their second boy together weighing in at 5 lbs, 13 oz early Wednesday morning. They named the child, get this…Naviyd Ely Raymond. What is going on with all these unusual names? The family representative stated that “Tameka and the baby are doing fine”. Congratulations to their ever growing family! I give it 6 weeks until Tameka pops up pregnant again, because I can bet you they will be sexing it up even though they are not suppose to. Thoughts?
