May 1, 2007 Kim K. Drops That Suit (And Sex Tape For Those Of You Who Missed It!)
And by suit, we don’t mean her birthday suit. The lawsuit she filed against Vivid Video for her sex tape with Ray J has been dropped for a settlement of almost $5 million.
Vivid’s co-chairman tells TMZ, “We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us, we met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.” Sounds like they’re bosom buddies now.
Vivid will cut distribution of the tape at the end of May, so stock up while you can! For journalistic purposes alone, there is a copy in the Lovebscott.com electronic vault.
