It’s been going around the internet that Ashley Tisdale contracted HIV from contaminated equipment used during her rhinoplasty surgery last year. Fans went into a frenzy, some even posting youtube videos entitled “Pray For Ashley”. One website even posted “a statement” from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., but Cedars-Sinai spokesperson Simi Singer told People: “We absolutely did not issue a release.” This is just a nasty, vicious rumor, and her representative, Scott Appel also told People it was “completely untrue”. And the drama continues! Hulk Hogan’s estranged wife, Linda Bollea, has requested that a Florida judge cite her former husband for allegedly not paying his share of a $4.2 million Las Vegas condo!

Linda Bollea is asking that Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, be held in contempt of court and jailed until he pays. A court order requires them to share the purchase of the condo at The Palms hotel and spa. Linda Bollea is asking that Hogan be jailed in Pinellas County. That’s where the couple’s son is serving an eight-month sentence after pleading no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his friend. An assistant for Hogan’s lawyer says the attorney wasn’t immediately available. Linda Bollea’s lawyer is expected to release a statement later Wednesday. – AP

Marky Mark says his life is much harder now that the Beckhams are his new neighbors in L.A.! He says the paparazzi are constantly on their street and always spilling onto his property. He reportedly told the Daily Star:

“That f***er lives down the road from me, man! He has to go back to the UK, because he has the paparazzi all over my house. The two of them have paparazzi everywhere. I was in the UK for the last week and they don’t want him back there. They said, ‘Keep him over there!’”

Robert Downey Jr. has credited fast food chain Burger King for helping him beat his drug addiction and resurrecting his career. In 2003, the actor said he was driving down California’s PCH with “tons of f**king dope” in the car. He decided to stop by Burger King for a quick meal, and afterwards began to ponder over his entire life. He goes on to say:

“I have to thank Burger King. It was such a disgusting burger I ordered. I had that, and this big soda, and I thought something really bad was going to happen.”

Selling baby photos for a cool million is nothing new in Hollywood. When I saw what might be offered for the first photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twins I almost fell over and I wasn’t even tipsy! Take me higher lord! They could receive as much as $15 million for the first photos. For that price I’ll wait until they are about three years old before I show any more pictures of them. Shoot, I might just wait until they get their high school yearbook pictures taken. They need to adopt me! Do you think that’s too much to pay for baby pictures?
