It has almost been a year since Rosie O’Donell left The View and she still has nothing nice to say about Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Yesterday on Martha Stewart’s show Rosie stated “I tried my best but it’s hard for me when I’m not the boss. There was people there telling me what to do. There was a little Republican who scared me.” Since leaving The View Rosie has released two books and still keeps her fans updated on her blog. I personally miss seeing Rosie on the show. She brought a lot of humor and emotion to the panel. What about you all, do you miss Rosie and all of her many views?!

On her way into the premiere of The Little Mermaid on Broadway, Rosie stated she saw Elisabeth’s new son Taylor Thomas and said:

“He’s very, very cute. I saw him on TV, and I sent him a lovely gift, and [she and Hasselbeck] have been e-mailing each other. And peace prevails.”

Rosie also added

“I sent something for him and something for his big sister, Grace. “Because, as the mother of four, I know that when the newborn arrives, the most important thing is a sibling gift. For Taylor, it was a lot of clothes, because babies spit up a lot. I go to Baby Gap. There is a standard newborn gift pack , as much as you can buy at the Gap without being arrested. And a learning gift, a soft shape sorter. And then for Grace who is older, I got a tea set that she loves.”

I’m glad these two finally made up! Life’s too short!

Last Night a gang of celebrities came out to support Rosie and Her All Kids Foundation. Rosie gives underprivileged kids a chance to attend a camp where they learn all the different aspects of making a Broadway musical. From singing, acting, to costumes and makeup… They learn it all! At the end of the camp the kids put on a real Broadway musical! Like the past nine years, this years event was a huge success. Check out the amazing celebrities who came out to support Rosie and the kids!

Rosie O’Donnell posted to her blog yesterday that her negotiations with MSNBC for her return to TV are over.

In her at times confusing haiku style, the controversial former talk-show host wrote:

we were close to a deal
almost done
i let it slip in miami
causing panic on the studio end

my career as a pundit is over

The controversial former talk show host Rosie O’Donnell who always has something to say, last night during her opening act at New York’s Comedy Festival talked about a number of things including a possible new TV project. Here are some of the highlights:

Rosie on her TV future:

“You know I did a TV show last year. And we’re not gonna talk about it. It’s over! It’s over! It’s a new year, a new beginning. I’m talking to an unidentified network, and I was told I’m not allowed to mention this. You don’t tell me what I’m not allowed to say because I can’t help but say it. So when they said to me, ‘Don’t mention it,’ ” she paused, “No, I can’t. Men in suits called people I know and yelled. There’s nothing scarier than men in suits.”

Rosie on the internet:

“I remember when I started my show and I said we needed to get online. ‘What do you mean “get online”?’ said the guy from Time Warner. Yeah … a little foreboding.”

Rosie on money:

“If you have $100 million, and you want $100 million more, I think you’re wasting your life.”

Rosie on parenting:

“Our oldest boy is 12, and Kelli is much better at discipline.” When her son struggled with an algebra problem, “I said to him, ‘Honey, there is no way to solve these problems. Your teacher is playing a joke on you.’ ”

Rosie on religion:

“I always wanted to be a Jew. Five years ago (with Madonna’s guidance), I started studying Kabbalah. At first I thought it was a cult — what the hell is this? What’s the red string? Turns out that string is $32. And I gotta tell you, as a Jew, I was offended.”

Damn, Rosie O’ Donnell looks like she has been getting the beat down with the ugly stick during her Celebrity Detox book signing at the Barnes and Noble store in NYC on today! I mean being kicked off The View can’t be that bad! And she really has to do something about her obesity, it’s just not healthy! I still can’t believe that she dared criticize Star Jones Reynolds and Kristie Alley about anything dealing with their weight-loss, at least they tried b@#ch!

Rosie O’Donnell seems like she just can’t let The View go! Rosie O’Donnell is trying to demean Barbara Walters once again, here’s what she said during a stand-up routine on Wednesday night:

Rosie started off by saying, “When I was fired by Barbara Walters” – the first time she didn’t stick to “The View’s” spin that her departure from the show was by mutual agreement.

Rosie claimed on-stage that Walters and other “View” couchmates wear earpieces through which producers tell them what to say, which she refused to do.

Rosie also confided that she and the veteran newswoman were actually so close early on in her tenure as moderator that Walters recommended Rosie use Astroglide, which, she added, took her by surprise.

“But she paved the way for women,” Rosie allowed. “She interviewed Presidents … ”

“Like Abraham Lincoln,” snapped Barr.

Well apparently Rosie O’Donnell has declined Oprah’s invitation to come on her show to discuss her latest book ‘Celebrity Detox’, which lashes out at Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Donald Trump and others. Page six is reporting that instead of doing an interview with Oprah, Rosie has opted to do an interview with Diane Sawyer.

O’Donnell’s rep, Cindi Berger, says:

“Rosie has always been booked with Diane. We gracefully declined Oprah’s offer. I’m sure Rosie will do Oprah’s show another.”

A visually disturbing soaking wet Rosie O’Donnell was photographed with her 9-year-old daughter Chelsea as they spent some quality time in Miami aboard one of her numerous boats on Sunday.
