Love muffins, according to Eonline, Chris Brown’s lawyer is asking that the case be dismissed due to the leak of Rihanna’s battered face allegedly done by his client! Should the photo’s leakage be linked to police misconduct, Brown’s attorney could motion to have the entire case thrown out.

“The leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regards to outrageous governmental misconduct,” Geragos said.

I truly hope that Chris does not get away with this! The hearing has been delayed until May 28th- Brown has pleaded not guilty. At the request of Rihanna’s attorney, the $1.4 million in jewelry taken into police custody she wore that fateful evening has been released.

After her vacation ended in Barbados, Rihanna was spotted leaving LAX on Monday. She looked comfortable in her jean jacket, green t-shirt, linen pants, and sandals. The day before she hopped on a plane to L.A., Rihanna partied at Reggae on the Hill in Barbados. What you sippin’ on, girl?!?
