Rihanna, who was a no show at the BET Awards, was spotted leaving a New York City hotel this past weekend. The latest rumored boyfriend is NBA baller Rashard Lewis, who was seen at the same hotel this weekend.

The songstress rocked a cute Alexander Wang Oversized Sweatshirt Dress ($234.50), paired with some FIERCE Giuseppe Zanotti wedges, and a lil’ Lanvin Mini Pop Leo Shoulder Bag ($830).

According to TMZ Chris Brown has stuck a deal in his assault case. He won’t do any jail time. The plea deal consists of the following:

- Ordered to stay 50 yards clear of Rihanna.
- Spend 180 days doing community labor (8 hours a day — 1440 hours total)
- Will complete his service in Virginia which is where Brown lives.
- Brown will be picking up trash, pulling weeds and washing fire trucks.
- 5 years probation for FELONY assault — he pled guilty.
- Supervised probation with scheduled court every three months.
- He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.
- if they are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.
- If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.

So Chris Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the the following rights: To own a gun, to sit on a jury, subject to search and seizure without a search warrant and he now has limitations on travel. Love muffins this sends a disturbingly sad message that domestic violence is acceptable. Justice was not served.

Check out this newly leaked track that’s supposedly from Rihanna’s latest recording sessions. “Te Amo” was written and previously demoed by songwriter James Fauntleroy. It reminds me a lot of the material from her first album Music of the Sun. It has much more of an organic feel to it than most of recent songs we’ve heard from Ri Ri. It’s unknown what direction she’s taking with this new album, but if she decided to throw a few tracks like this, along with her usual dance-pop numbers, I wouldn’t be disappointed. I will say I’m slightly confused as to why she’s singing about another female. That means there’s a good chance it’s just a demo. Whether it’s a demo or not, it’s still a great song!

Earlier that day, Heidi Klum was spotted chillaxing with her children and enjoying some dear ol’ family time! Just lovely!

Rihanna spotted at Carol’s Daughter Tuesday afternoon in New York City showing off her million dollar legs. While Rihanna is awaiting trial for her alleged assault with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, the singer is being sued for apparently allowing people she invited to her house ruin the neighbor’s lawn.

Two years ago, Yacobian (who Rihanna rents the home from) renovated the property and the easement wasn’t really being used…Since Rihanna moved in she’s been allowing cars to drive on Moeller’s lawn to get to her driveway… and the suit claims sometimes the cars just sit there on the lawn. TMZ

Check out the final version of Kanye West’s new music video “Paranoid” featuring the lovely Rihanna. This version has a few extra scenes and added visual effects, but the simple changes makes the video SO much better than the previous version. I love the dark, spooky feel of the video. It sort of reminds me of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” with a touch of the movie Wolf.
