After celebrating her birthday on a week-long vacation in Hawaii Nicole Richie has returned to LA and enrolled in an 18-month anti-drinking driver course. According to People magazine, the program is made up of 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly in person interviews and participants are encouraged to attend 12-step meetings. I guess Nicole means business now that’s she sperminated. Good for her!

When you’re in your own cell with access to TV and phones, there’s no reason why you can’t sit your bag of bones self down on the padded bench for four days. But celebrity will buy you anything these days! Even a way out of the law.
