These pictures are just disturbing especially when combined with the rampant speculation that she recently passed out at a private Beverly Hills party ! A crazy looking, barefoot Nicole rocked a clingy orange dress with not much else this memorial day weekend, while onlookers watched her struggle to lift her grocery bags into her Mercedes SUV! Nicole’s dilapidated chest in conjunction with her legally separated sagging breasts is definitely haunting!

Just last week, Nicole’s representative issued a statement refuting that she was in rehab for substance abuse and anorexia-related problems.

These Hollywood girls need a group intervention!

Star magazine and the National Enquirer are jointly reporting that Ms. Richie has gone off the deep end again. Allegedly, the ‘Simple Life’ star entered the Beau Monde facility on May 11 to fight anorexia and a painkiller addiction on an outpatient basis. Apparently, she did so “in tears” because she feels as though she’s “lost control of her life.” And last Saturday, she returned to again receive treatment.

However, Nicole’s rep says that she has been in her Glendale home the whole time and that she only saw a therapist–not drug counselors. Whatever she was doing, I hope she ordered in some food!
