Naomi Campbell was arrested today at Heathrow Airport after allegedly assaulting a police officer! The supermodel was removed from a British Airlines flight headed to L.A. after she reportedly became angry that one of her three carry on bags was missing! But even as she tried to deal with her addiction, her public status made it hard for her to deal with the problem and the Daily Mirror published photographs of her leaving a Narcotics Anonymous meeting in 2001. She added that her friend Kate Moss is in a similar position now: “She is hurting herself and when it’s exposed she doesn’t have the space or time to help herself because everyone is looking at her. It’s hard.”
“I don’t think anyone should be exposed for taking drugs. That person is ill, they are sick.”
