Mischa Barton has been under the radar lately, aside from the usual weight concerns she catches from the media. She was photographed at the P3R showroom in Los Angeles and it looks like she dropped that extra pound she was carrying around for a while. Mischa’s weight is none of our biz, but we think she is a vision in this ethereal frock. The asymmetrical hem accentuates those long legs, which are donning the perfect shade of earthtone tights. The shoes are a bit hippie – I would have countered this fairy-like look with some delicate flats instead. And the hipster hat distracts from her pretty face. Aside from that, it’s hard for this bewitching waif to do wrong.

Mischa Barton will accept a plea deal in her DUI case, sparing her any jail time, a source tells PEOPLE. The former O.C. star will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills court, and agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, the source says.
Barton will also be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. In addition, a marijuana possession charge against the actress will be dropped, due to the small amount found. Another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction, according to the source. Despite being arrested for DUI on Thursday, Mischa Barton will still be hosting the CatHouse Grand Opening at the Luxor in Las Vegas on December 29, so say pagesix.com.

“We are aware of Mischa Barton’s incident last night, but at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at the Luxor on December 29th,” a rep for the venue said via statement. But said rep doesn’t sound too convinced that Barton will show up, adding, “We will let you know if anything changes.”

Mischa Barton’s sporting a new look, and she’s rocking it. The auburn tresses and layered cut really work for her face. We heard that the beautiful Barton considered breaking up with the ball sack boy, but alas – such rumors are false. She was indeed upset with him but talks of a break up never existed. Once again – the DING-DING or rather the BOWLING BALLS prevails.
