April 6, 2008 MJB’s Shout-Out To Beyonce and Jay Z!

Jay-Z hit North Carolina this past Saturday for his “Heart of the City” tour (minus Beyonce and his ring) along with Mary J. Blige. Jay-Z is still keeping quiet about the wedding to Beyonce that was held on the rooftop of Jay-Z’s Tribeca apartment Friday. “Congratulations to my man, Jay-Z, and my girl B”, is what Mary said before starting her set with “You’re All I Need.”

According to People.com, the only mention of Beyonce came when he played a few notes of “Crazy in Love,” then cut it off, saying, “Sorry B.” But this is something he does at every show.

Elton John Hosted his 16 Annual AIDS Foundation Oscar Party in West Hollywood last night. Many stars came out, but most importantly one Elton’s biggest friends, Mary J. Blige came out to sing with him in honor of the great cause! I just love these two!
