The legendary Madonna’s “Frozen” from her 1998 album, Ray of Light, is one of my favorite songs by the material girl and the video still rocks my socks. Don’t you agree?

A divorce settlement between Madonna and Guy Ritchie has been reached, according to the singer’s rep. The material girl will pay her ex-husband between $75 million and $92 million, her spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg tells the Associated Press. Rosenberg went on to say the figure includes the value of their country home Ashcombe, in western England, as well as the couple’s London pub, the Punchbowl. “I’d assume it’s one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement,” Rosenberg told the AP and well I would have to second that! In Los Angeles Thursday night, many demonstrators hit the streets for the second straight to protest Tuesday’s passage of California’s Proposition 8 (a ballot measure to amend the state’s constitution to ban same-sex marriages). Love muffins, I am ticked off that this state of all states has banned it! Christina Aguilera “[doesn't] understand how people can be so close-minded”. During Madonna’s ‘Sweet and Sticky’ tour according to MTV.com, she stated that she was sorry “we did not win Proposition 8. If we can have an African-American in the White House, we can have gay marriage.”
