… make rehab look like fun! Today at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah, Lindsay Lohan was all smiles and throwing up the peace sign. Go figure!

As previously reported, Lindsay Lohan invited Ok! magazine into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Sundance, Utah for a photo shoot and here are some more photos from that shoot. Give me a break, they’re trying to make her look like a saint! (B. Scott is most certainly not fooled!)

Lindsay Lohan has been served with a whopping one day in jail…

Yes, we said one day.

Here’s what TMZ had to say:

She just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half by ordering her to perform 10 days of community service in lieu of two of the days. He also gave Lindsay one day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.

What can you even say? She has a couple of DUI charges within a couple of months of each other along with drug possession and other documented reckless behavior, and she’s rewarded with one day behind bars. From the way things go here in Tinseltown, that one day will most likely whittle down to 10 minutes when it’s all said and done. She may be serving 36 months probation and 18 months at an alcohol education program, but we’ve already seen how well that worked!

All the shots are supposedly “candid” shots of Li-Lo, like the one above that captures her reading AA’s “Big Book.” Acccording to Ok! Li-Lo spends her time doing positive things all day including reading and working at the local supermarket with her earnings going to charity! Give me a break, I smell a fake! (wow that rhymed!)

Lindsay Lohan was recently photographed performing a round about with a dog on the grounds of her rehab facility in Utah. Wearing all black with a hat that reads “faith” at least gives the impression that she might be reflecting on her outrageous lifestyle and is on the path to recovery. I just have one question: when did rehab become such a walk in the park?

There are reports that Lindsay’s signed up for rehab (again), and this time she’s in Sundance, Utah at Cirque Lodge. This program is rumored to last a minimum of thirty days. She headed out to Utah right after spending the weekend with her family in Long Island. Although the majority of the world may not care too much for LiLo and her highly destructive fun time activities, we hope that this round of help will have permanent effects. No one should ever have this much negativity in their life at the ripe age of 21!
