A very happy Lindsay Lohan is back in Los Angeles to shoot a movie after her recent rehab stint in Utah.

The onetime party girl, 21, arrived over the weekend and had a low-key evening with friends Sunday, seeing the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age and visiting a tanning salon.

On Monday, Lohan was due on the set of the tango-themed film Dare to Love Me, the film for which she was preparing in July when she was arrested for DUI.

and let’s not forget Li-Lo still has to serve her lengthy 24-hour jail sentence arranged as a plea deal in the drunken-driving case.

Update: OK Magazine is reporting that: “Lindsay fired Dina as her manager,” an insider revealed. “She is livid about all this press her mom is doing on this NYC apartment that she’ll never even live in; Dina even gave Access Hollywood a tour of the apartment two nights ago.” But TMZ is reporting that: “Dina remains Lindsay’s manager and, more importantly, her mother.” Well I personally think Dina needed to be given the boot too, bye-bye Dina!

A healthy looking Lindsay Lohan was photographed hitting the streets of Utah yesterday with her new boyfriend Riley Giles (25-year-old snowboarder). Aw, out of rehab and into love! Be careful Lindsay you know what they say love can sometimes be the most harmful addiction.

As earlier reported today, Lindsay Lohan has already been interviewed by OK! Magazine about her time at Utah’s Cirque Lodge treatment center and here’s some of what she said.

Lindsay on her immediate future:

“I’m staying in Utah until it’s time to shoot ‘Dare to Love Me‘, and then I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions. If I wasn’t worried about relapsing, I’d be living in denial. Temptation is always there, but now I’ll avoid it the right way. I don’t blame anybody but from now on I plan to surround myself with good people who have their hearts and their minds in the right places. While I’ve been in Utah I have only spoken to my family.”

Lindsay on whether she’s quitting acting:

“Absolutely not – never! I’m here to stay. My talent is a gift, and I’m going to use it in the right way.”

Lindsay on her two DUI arrests:

“I hit rock bottom. Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision, the arrest that night helped me come to a point where I had to make one. My experience in Utah has been sobering and humbling. It made me look at myself, and all of the people, places and things in my life in a different way. I was in there for substance abuse, after all.”

Lindsay on the feud between her estranged parents:

“I wish it would stop. It hurts when two people you love argue with one another. I don’t think any child wants to see their parents argue or see their family fall apart. Unfortunately, it happens, and when it does, they should do it with as little effect on their children as possible.”

Fresh out of rehab sources say little Ms. Li-Lo has already booked her first interview with OK Magazine. I just don’t think she should be doing any interviews right now, it’s too soon! What do you think love muffins?
