Love muffins, here are a few of performances from some of our favorite artists which aired Tuesday night during the 2008 Fashion Rocks. Rihanna did the best that she could do when she performed “Vogue” by Madonna, Chris Brown’s use of the auto tune I could have done without, Beyonce’s rendition of Etta James’ classic “At Last” was just beautiful, Mary J. Blige sounded great during her performance with Kid Rock. Even though Justin Timberlake didn’t do it for me when he performed a song by Marvin Gaye, I thought his duet with Beyonce singing “Ain’t Nothing Like The Real Thing” was great! It looks like Justin Timberlake and Beyonce will hit up the studio later on this week to work on Beyonce’s upcoming album after their duet at the 2008 Fashion Rocks. He stated, “I’ll be in the studio this week with Beyonce. Who knows what will come out of that”. This is great news. They did an amazing job on “Until The End Of Time” so I know they will create some amazing music together. Thoughts?

Catch a glimpse of Beyonce and Justin Timberlake performing “Ain’t Nothing Like The Real Thing” at the 2008 Fashion Rocks taping. I wanted them to perform “Until The End Of Time” so bad, but I am still keeping my fingers crossed. Maybe one day they will if they ever tour together. Update: Several love muffins informed me that Beyonce and Justin Timberlake did a cover song, so we will finally see once the show airs this Tuesday.

During the taping of Fashion Rocks 2008 Friday night in New York City, Beyonce performed “At Last” by Etta James and “Until The End Of Time” with Justin Timberlake. Now that is a performance that I cannot wait to see. I know those two worked it out – they had to! Beyonce also sported her short blond wig as well. Love muffins as you may or may not have heard there were rumors floating around that Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake would be recording a duet for Britney’s upcoming urban inspired album. The rumors are not true, but it sure would’ve been something to see/hear!

Justin “is not scheduled to be in the recording studio with Britney,” a rep for the “SexyBack” singer told Access. The pop stars haven’t sung together publicly since they shared a stage with Aerosmith, Nelly and Mary J. Blige at the 2001 Superbowl, during Justin’s N*Sync days. Access Hollywood

Justin Timberlake has a very busy weekend coming up in September for New York’s fashion week. First he is going to perform at ‘Fashion Rocks’ (Justin covers the Fashion Rocks magazine to the left) and then this super talented hottie is going to perform at his own fashion show for his William Rast line. Now that’s a full schedule. Thoughts?

Justin Timberlake hosted the ‘2008 ESPY’ Awards Wednesday night in Los Angeles which will air this Sunday on ESPN at 9pm est. Ashanti presented an award in a garment that is quite questionable which might have looked better in different colors. David Beckham looked orgasmic as he presented the awarded for ‘Best Female Athlete’. Jessica Simpson performed on stage bringing back her Daisy Duke shorts while Tony Romo caressed her thigh – wait, that’s not Jessica or Tony. Those are impostors!
