Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry VIII is simply perfection! The passion and conviction he brings to the role is remarkable. In last night’s episode Henry VIII continues his quest to obtain a divorce from Queen Katherine Of Aragon in order to marry Anne Boleyn. Maria Doyle Kennedy as The Queen Katherine Of Aragon rendered an outstanding Emmy-worthy performance as she begged Henry VIII not to divorce her in the court commissioned by the pope to make a decision as to the fate of their marriage. She embodied the dignity and grace that a queen would have even in the act of begging. There are only two episodes of The Tudors left, so go to Showtime on Demand and catchup!

April 29, 2007 The Tudors On Tonight!

Don’t forget that a brand new episode of The Tudors comes on tonight at 10pm ET/PT on Showtime.

On this week’s episode, Lord William Compton, played by Kris Holden-Ried, seduces a young male singer, Thomas, in the dark winding hallways of an English castle. The Tudors prove that the straight members of the royal court aren’t the only ones that get to have some fun! Below is the clip of the orgasmic kiss that took place between the two.

I can’t believe that one of my favorite new future baby daddies Jonathan Rhys Meyers has landed himself in Rehab!

“After a non-stop succession of filming Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program,” the 29-year-old actor’s publicist tells People magazine. “He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery.”

April 15, 2007 The Tudors: Renewed For a Second Season!

The Tudors has been renewed for a splendiferous second season! According to Variety the second season of the show will begin filming next month in Dublin and will focus on the marriage between Henry and Anne, the birth of their daughter Elizabeth, and more. Jonathan Rhys Meyers will be returning to his role as King Henry.
