The Carters were spotted getting out of their car in New York earlier this week. Mrs. Carter wore a fab pair of bright yellow Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Sandals ($760) paired with a matching yellow hat, checkered shorts and a white top.

Jay-Z debuted his new single “Run This Town” from his upcoming Blueprint 3 album earlier today and it features the amazing Kanye West & Rihanna. This is a much better offering then the D.O.A. “buzz track” that was released a few weeks ago. Rihanna sounds great on the record and it’s so good to hear her doing music again. Kanye’s verse goes hard as well…except I could do without the “no homo” line. C’mon Kanye…I need for you to do better. The track isn’t outstanding by any means, but having such huge names on the record will definitely help it’s sales.

Jay-Z has finally decided to drop something from his highly anticipated The Blueprint 3 album (which is due out September 11th). “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” is Hova’s return to music after the super success of his last album, The Blueprint 2. I agree that auto-tune needs to go…but I think that if it’s going to go away, it needs to be replaced with something hot! To me, this isn’t that hot. I can’t say that I’m feeling this song too much and I’m slightly disappointed because I expected him to come so much harder than this.

Love muffins, does this song signify the death of auto-tune? Or would you prefer to hear some auto-tuned hotness?
