Gwen Stefani will be coaching the contestants on American Idol tonight. This week the theme is POP! The contestants will be allowed to chose their favorite song from that genre to perform. Maybe Gwen will give the contestants some much-needed stage presence since last weak wasn’t all that good. Tune in tomorrow for the results show where Gwen and Akon will perform “Sweet Escape”.
I know Sanjaya is taking the trophy for craziest hair this year but let’s not forget that Justin Guarini was killing us with his curly afro back at Season 1. If you had to choose, who has the best (or worst) American Idol ‘fro? Chris Sligh or Justin Gurarini. — Looks neck and neck to me!
Do forget to vote for Sanjaya guys (Just kidding)!

…during her ‘4 in the Morning‘ video shoot, which just so happens to be my favorite song off her latest album. Sophie Muller was selected as the video director for ‘4 In The Morning’. She also directed her last effort ‘Wind It Up.’ The video concept is going to be more naturalistic and reminiscent of the old Gwen we used to know.
Gwen Stefani will always be beautiful to me but I’m personally over the platinum blonde wig that she has been rocking for a bit to long.

Gwen Stefani recently announced that her next single from The Sweet Escape will be the 80’s inspired ballad “4 In The Morning“. Personally I couldn’t be happier because I adore this song. She wrote this song when she was pregnant with her song Kingston and her No Doubt bandmate and ex-boyfriend ,Tony Kanal, produced the song.
The song has been getting a lot of buzz and was recently played on episodes of Heroes and Friday Night Lights. It’s a return to the Gwen from No Doubt that we all know and love. Take a listen for yourself and let me know what you think. Enjoy Love Muffins!

Portia de Rossi and Ellen Degeneres’ public display of love makes me so proud to be gay! I can’t say enough about how great Ellen was as the host of the Oscars. And to think she was once banished from television! Remarkable!
And you know I couldn’t end this post without mentioning my premier future baby daddy, Djimon Hounsou, who looked rather dapper in his chocolate suit. Just orgasmic!
