Leatherheads costars George Clooney (one of my quintessential F.B.D.’s) and Renée Zellweger totally rocked the cover of W’s December issue, which hits stands nationwide on November 23rd. Here are some of the highlights:

George on backing Barack Obama in the next presidential election: “I spoke to him two days ago for a half hour. I think that he’s in that sort of doldrums, that midelection run, where you’re still trying to define what it is that you want to be.”

George on borrowing shots from directors he admires: “I sent apology letters to Mike Nichols and Sidney Lumet after Confessions because I just directly stole shots. But then I told Joel and Ethan that I’ve stolen shots from them, and they’re like, ‘Yeah, we stole that shot from Capra.’”

George on rewriting the script of Leatherheads to accomodate his age: “You can’t try to hide your age and you can’t try to pretend it isn’t there. You have to use it as a tool.”

George on Renée’s role in the upcoming film Leatherheads: “In movies, so often the guy gets to be the one with all the answers. In this one, she’s the smart one. Which was incredible acting on her part.”

George on directing Renée: “She’s my friend, so I can be really direct. I can say, ‘That’s not a good angle,’ and not try to manipulate her, saying, ‘Well, maybe you’d be looking off over there because the moon is shining.’”

George on encouraging gawker readers to post fake sightings of him: “They had 6,000 locations for me in the first day.”

George on working with master directors like Joel and Ethan Cohen and Steven Soderbergh: “[They] taught me everything I know. If you plan it out and work really hard, then it’s much easier to make films.”

Renée on her fear of letting George down in Leatherheads: “…He doesn’t even know how important his opinion has been to me over the years. I don’t want to disappoint him.”

Renée on George’s direction in Leatherheads: “I just get so proud that my head pops off. George is such a confident director, and he has no idea. And he’s a nice person. It gets boring hearing that, but it’s true. Every once in a while you get the real good guy. You’ve got your Jimmy Stewart. You’ve got your Paul Newman. Now you’ve got your George Clooney.”

Renée on gawker encouraging readers to post stars’ precise whereabouts: “Oh, I log on every day to see where George is. Oh my God, get your things! He’s at Barneys!…The problem with that is with his schedule these days, the sightings were all true. He was in all 6,000 places that morning—before lunch.”

Wow, just two days after George Clooney and his new female companion Sarah Larson ended up in the hospital due to a motorcycle accident, the pair was spotted hitting the streets of NYC! Clearly, if I had just got into a motorcycle accident which caused me to have a black-eye/broken foot and George Clooney wanted me to go out; I would have done the same thing crutches and all!

Our F.B.D. George Clooney came out last night to support his close friend Brad Pitt at the NYC premiere of his new flick, The Assassination of Jesse James. GC is so damn sexy and his new lady isn’t too bad either.

The super duper orgasmic B. Scott Future Baby Daddy, George Clooney, was photographed Wednesday in Brooklyn Heights, New York on set of his latest film Burn After Reading. In the flick GC plays an assassin hired to handle the problem of a former CIA agent who is being blackmailed after he loses a disc containing his memoirs. Brad Pitt also stars in the film which is being directed my the Cohen Brothers. I don’t know if you love muffins agree but George Clooney is about the only 45 year-old man that could have his way with me!

GC is definitely one of the sexiest men on the planet, if not the sexiest! Can it get any better than this charming specimen of a man? Surveys says no!

I don’t know about y’all but I cannot WAIT for the new ‘Ocean’s‘ installment out June 8th. The film premiered last night at Cannes. These stars of the film look so yummy I could just eat them up! I’ll have three scoops, please–George, Brad and Matt!

At the amfAR event in France, Sharon Stone auctioned off George Clooney for $350,000. No, this was not to pay for her meds, but for AIDS research. The lucky lady who ended up kissing the ‘Oceans‘ star had the kiss paid for by none other than her boyfriend.

Now some people can just be too lucky.

Penelope Cruz, Leonardo DiCaprio and Beyonce were all dressed up yesterday in the front row at Giorgio Armani Prive in L.A. The trio looked just orgasmic!

Cate Blanchett, Clive Owen and George Clooney got cozy during the show. George proves that getting some plastic surgery done isn’t always a bad thing! (Clooney admitted he had some type of eye procedure done during Oprah’s prime-time Oscar special!)

Helen Mirren and Clive Owen made their first appearance as a couple! (just kidding but wouldn’t that be a shocker!)

Only hours after rumblings started to circulate that George Clooney had a sexy dinner date at Sherman Oaks with Baywatch Babe Pamela Anderson, he shot down any rumors of a buddieng relationship with the “actress”. People’s Sexiest Man Alive issued a statement today saying, “I worked with Pam seven years ago and haven’t seen her since and I’ve never been to that restaurant.” Damn! He might as well have said “I don’t know that ho.” Most actors deal with rumors by simply not commenting, but somehow Clooney felt the need to publicly distance himself from the Hepatitis C Hottie. Hmmm. Sounds like kind of a slap in the face if you ask me.

For what it’s worth, Pam I would hit that….but only if you bring Tommy Lee with you!
