Tony Parker is suing X17 for $20 million over the allegations that he cheated on his stunning wife Eva Longoria with French model Alexandra Paressant in an affair that went on for months.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lawsuit, filed today in L.A., which claims “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”

Parker claims the photo agency never attempted to verify the rumor and ran the story regardless.

Not that he needs the money, but I don’t blame him for suing. This story could have broken up his marriage! Good thing there’s a lot of trust in this relationship!

Oh no he didn’t!

On Wednesday, Desperate Housewives star, Eva Longoria and San Antonio Spurs basketball player, Tony Parker released a statement that despite a French model claims that she had an affair with Parker in September, they denied these allegations and said that the couple’s marriage is still going on strong.

“I love my wife,” Parker, 25, said in the statement from Longoria’s spokeswoman, Liza Anderson. “She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

“Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband,” said the 32-year-old actress.

Their spokeswoman, Liza Anderson also made a statement that the rumors were “completely, 100 percent false and untrue. All high-profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships.”

Longoria and Parker married in July 2007. Is the honeymoon over already after 5 months?
