Our favorite rebound babe, Cameron Diaz had dinner with Mindfreak magician Chris Angel last night in Las Vegas and later watched LOVE, the Mirage’s Cirque du Soleil tribute to the Beatles. A waitress said, “They were snuggling with each other and he was making her laugh. They seemed really happy.”

The couple met this past Saturday at the VH1’s Rock Honors and partied with Diaz’s BFF Drew Barrymore until the wee hours of the night.

Magdaleno Olmos, a former assistant production accountant for the company behind ‘AI’, is suing one-time contestant Mario Vazquez and his ex-employer, alleging he was fired for complaining of sexual harassment by the male contestant.

TMZ is reporting the lawsuit alleges that Olmos claims

“Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously … and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom … knocked on the door of the plaintiff’s stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door” and “started to rub his genitals over his pants. Attempting to leave the bathroom, Olmos opened the door of the stall and saw Vazquez standing in front of him with his pants down masturbating.” According to the documents, Vazquez pushed Olmos “further into the stall and continued masturbating with one hand and trying to pull down Olmos’ pants with another hand.” Olmos claims that he tried to “cover his body with his hands” but Vazquez touched his “chest and stomach underneath his shirt”, and Olmos’ “genitals” as Vazquez “attempted to unzip” Olmos’ pants. Vazquez then allegedly asked Olmos “if he wanted oral sex.” In the lawsuit, Olmos claims that as he “managed to get out of the stall, and attempted to leave the bathroom,” Vazquez, grabbed his arm “in an effort to stop him.” Vazquez continued to call Olmos to come back as Vazquez “stood in the bathroom with his pants still down.”

Cameron Diaz has moved on from Kelly Slater’s breadstick and jumped onto the dark side of the moon. On Thursday, Cameron was spotted locking lips and dirty dancing with Blood Diamond star Djimon Hounsou at Hyde Lounge. Apparently she’s developed a taste for the chocolate, and who could blame her? Djimon is one fine specimen. Don’t get me wrong, Justin looks good but when you stack him next to Djimon he’s seems like just a little boy.

Though Kelly Slater and Cameron Diaz seemed really friendly last month while catching waves in Hawaii, Slater tells People “We’re just friends”. (We’ve all heard that line before) It looks like waves are the only thing Cameron’s been riding lately. Cameron Diaz is in big trouble if she is trying to find dating advice or even tips from, “loose lower lips” gal-pal – Sienna Miller. With Sienna’s track record ranging from Diddy to Hayden Christensen to various other trolls – who knows what path she’d send our darling Diaz down.

Not to fear – Diaz, post her stint with Mr. Shiver Me TIMBERS, has found her own solace and joy in surfing legend – Kelly Slater. Anyone whose name is the combination of two of my favorite characters from Saved by the Bell (shout out to Tiffany Amber Thiessen and Mario Lopez) is cool in my book.

However, apparently the surf Legend has a “Legendary” something within his surf trunks. On a drunken night where they sang along to J.T. songs and girl bonded – Cameron revelead to Sienna that Kelly is PACKIN’. She used a 10 INCH BREAD STICK to demonstrate the size of his mighty member and was looking down, twirling her hair, and laughing as she shook her head and thought about the size of it! I don’t know if Timber-Quake shook Diaz up in all the right ways sexually – but it seems that she is all too smitten with Slater, what he has, AND what he can do.
