Update: It’s now being reported that Britney visited a private herbalist in the Hollywood not a nurse for her court ordered drug test. Stay tuned.

What’s going on? Brit-Brit was photographed looking very confident as she arrived to take her court ordered drug test in the Hollywood Hills on Friday. She entered the house of the private nurse and took the test, then moments later Britney was seen sobbing uncontrollably as her handlers tried to shield her from the mob of paparazzi who were waiting to ambush her outside. It’s a mystery as to what happened from the time she entered to the time she left that would cause her to be stumbling out crying! Did she fail the test on the spot? Did she refuse to take the tes or was Britney just upset that she was forced to take such a test? Love muffins more details to come! Take me higher lord!

Damn can the past two weeks get any worst for Britney Spears? Well it just did! Britney Spears has been charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. Both charges are misdemeanors, each carrying a maximum of 6 months in jail.

These charges stem from as previously reported, when Brit-Brit was involved in a fender bender on August 6, and was captured by X-17 Online. Brit and her new puppy were headed to an LA-area pharmacy when she allegedly hit a parked car while pulling into a parking space in her black Mercedes convertible.

The Los Angeles City Attorney filed charges this afternoon. Brit-Brit arraignment is set for October 10th.

Justin Timberlake appeared on Oprah today and here’s what he had to say about Britney Spears:

Oprah: What do you think is going on with Britney?

Justin: I don’t know, to be honest with you. I haven’t spoken to her in years. I mean, there’s no ill will—I have nothing but love for her. It’s funny because we dated each other at a time…wow, I haven’t talked about this in a long time. It’s interesting.

Oprah: But you’ve never talked about it to me, so it’s okay.

Justin: We were teenagers, you know?

Oprah: Yes, famous teenagers.

A source told the magazine that Spears will do anything to lose weight, including starving herself as well as binging and purging.

A pal reportedly told OK! that Spears said, “I’ll starve myself because I’m fat.”

OK! magazine’s source also alleges Britney is addicted to diet pills and combines them with large amounts of coffee and RedBull.
