It seems like everyone is jumping ship! In Touch Weekly is reporting that:

Britney’s biggest defender, her assistant Alli Sims, packed her bags and abruptly moved out of Brit’s Malibu home this morning — and possibly out of her life. Alli, 26, has been Britney’s biggest supporter throughout her rehab stay and her bitter battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden. Insiders tell In Touch that she has finally had enough. “Alli wants her own life and own career,” says one. “She can’t take anymore of the drama.”

Who can blame Alli, Brit-Brit is clearly doing the most! Britney Spears has officially been named the 2007 “DTM” Queen!

In the midst of another drama-filled week in Brit-Brit’s personal life, she receives some amazing professional news as “Gimme More” opens at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Digital Songs with 179,000 downloads and soars 68-3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Both charts will be posted tomorrow (Oct. 4) on Billboard.com. I guess her fans are truly saying gimme more!

In other Britney news, The Sun is reporting that her Aunt Chanda McGovern has spoken out admitting that her family fear they will “turn on the TV and find out she is dead”.

She went on to say:

“We are very worried that things are going to spiral out of control. Instead of her turning to her family she is going to turn to the friends she has been hanging with — and the partying and drugs. And whether it be intentionally or accidental, there may be a drugs overdose. We are worried about suicidal tendencies in her. Everything is spiralling down and she has not got a backbone — a family member to help her.”

I totally agree, that’s my fear as well!

Sam Lufti a good friend of Britney Spears has stepped in and is lovingly helping her pull her life together! Brit-Brit just needs some guidance and thank God she is finally getting it!

“She has fulfilled her requirements for a California driver’s license,” said the DMV’s Mike Marando. L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon, who’s overseeing her custody case, had ordered her to show proof that she was a legal driver. Her lawyer told PEOPLE that among the reasons she lost temporary custody was because she lacked a valid license. “Ms. Spears actually took and passed a written test in April,” Marando says. “She was fingerprinted and photographed yesterday. She will be issued a formal license in the mail soon.”

Just when you think things couldn’t get any worst for Britney Spears rumors of a new sex-tape emerge!

According to In Touch Weekly there’s a new sex tape out there featuring Britney Spears and it’s not the one she allegedly made with Kevin Federline. A guy who hooked up with Brit-Brit while she was on vacation in June has revealed to In Touch that he made a video of them having sex and it will most likely become public! The 28-year-old man, who lived on Hawaii’s Big Island at the time, says he sneaked and left his camera rolling without Britney’s knowledge as they engaged in hide-and-stick at a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast on June 7th.

The one-stand says that only thing holding him back from releasing the sex-tape is that he is embarrassed with his sexual performance. He goes on to tell In Touch that he met Brit-Brit a bar at 1 a.m. and they ended up hanging out together in Britney’s room before doing the nasty. “It was just normal sex, we didn’t do anything crazy,” he says. “It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out.”
