As reported earlier, Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil is behind bars for conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering in his upcoming assault trial. Judge David Robson said Blake won’t be coming home for Christmas, he will remain in jail awaiting a January 18 hearing. Should his case go to trial, Judge Robson said he was “penciling in early June.” As he was led away, David held his hand to his ear like a telephone and mouthed, “I’ll call you,” through the glass of the defendant’s box. Amy waved and blew him two kisses. I don’t know if I should feel bad for these two or not. I mean, that’s what abusing drugs and alcohol along with assaulting one another can do to you, right?

Amy Winehouse performed Wednesday night in a controversial comeback that resulted in her storming off stage after being booed by the audience, the BBC reports. For the first time since her husband’s arrest the 24-year-old slurred her words and was a little unsteady on her feet, but did make it through her hits “Back to Black,” “Tears Dry on Their Own” and “Rehab.” As disgruntled fans headed for the exits, Winehouse reportedly announced: “To them people booing, wait ’til my husband gets out of incarceration. And I mean that.” Amy the drunk, unstable act is getting old girl. Pull it together!
