October 26, 2007 The 4th Annual “Black Ball” Concert for “Keep A Child Alive”

Checkout Gwen Stefani, Sheryl Crow and Alicia Keys each looking just splendiferous as they hosted The 2007 Black Ball, an HIV/AIDS fundraiser that benefited the “Keep a Child Alive” charity, at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City last night!

Sheryl Crow was on hand to honor super duper humanitarian Bono (one of my favorite singers) for his courageous work in the fight against the global AIDS crisis while Alicia Keys and Gwen Stefani rocked the house with shoe-tapping performances.

October 16, 2007 New Music: Alicia Keys

A live version of a new Alicia Keys song recently leaked and needless to say I’m loving it. Ms. Keys never fails to deliver music that is not only uplifting and powerful but just plain good. “Superwoman” is such a soulful song and to hear her deliver that much power and clarity in a live recording is amazing. This sounds like a great woman’s anthem. I can’t wait for As I Am to drop on November 13th. Enjoy!
