March 18, 2010 What Michelle Obama Wore: L’Wren Scott

First Lady Michelle Obama spoke at the Grocery Manufacturers Association Science Forum on Tuesday morning looking quite fab. Mrs. Obama wore a pink and white striped silk sleeveless top with a raspberry pink high-waisted pencil skirt both from the L’Wren Scott Spring 2010 collection. Many people have criticized her for wearing sleeveless pieces, but why keep those toned arms hidden?!

    Thoughts?

    • The First Lady is changing the game. They let Jackie O revolutionize fashion during her time. Michelle O is doing the same. Looking good, First Lady.

    • Get em Mrs. O!

    • She owned that outfit! She always looks good.

    • You totally missed an opportunity to post something relevant. This is the FIRST LADY and all you could write about were her outfits? She’s trying to help American children get healthy and all you see is the frill. Over the shallowness of this RuPaul impostor.

    • I agree with TK, she really is making a great statement in fashion. All them haters about her showing them arms? Just mad cause she look so good!

    • Mrs. O slayed the gods with this beautiful ensemble! I love how she makes it her own! I feel that by First Lady Obama being so liberal with her dress it makes her more relateable and makes her seem more tangible to the American people. The way you present yourself determines about 20% of how others will accept what it is that you are presenting. People want to feel that you are talking with them and not to them. I absolutely love it!!!
