Ciara was spotted having dinner at Katsuya in LA the other night with friend LaLa. Ci Ci rocked a super cute Givenchy ‘Nightingale’ Bag ($2,240) with a t-shirt, jeans, leather jacket and cut-out peep-toe sandals.
