Christina Ricci attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS event in Dubai where she wore a ruffled chiffon Marc Jacobs Spring 2010 gown. The actress paired her look with a black clutch and red lips.
Lady Gaga was spotted wearing the same dress while leaving “Good Morning America” in NYC a few weeks ago. The entertainer rocked an olive sergeants cap and black platform pumps.
It’s hard to compare Gaga to anyone else when it comes to fashion, but I love the dress on Christina Ricci. The gown is too glamorous to be dressed down with a hat.

I think Lady Gaga looks better simply because I think her long hair goes with the dress better.

I agree with you B. Ricci hands down. It’s like GaGa was trying to go for a classic look, but decided at that last minute she needed to do something off the wall with the hat. Her look looks thrown together.
