Rihanna arrived to her ‘Rated R’ album release party on Tuesday night in New York City rocking a gold spiked dress by The Blonds and matching Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels. The songstress was spotted leaving the party in a red The Blonds plunging neckline mini dress with thigh highs and Louboutin ankle booties.
