Katy Perry was spotted leaving Philippe Chow in LA earlier this week wearing a knitted H&M sweater dress. The singer paired her dress with a black belt and knee-high boots.
Rihanna wore the same colorful mini dress a day later at Nobu in London. She rocked her dress with a Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 fanny pack and black workman boots.

Rihanna of course. i love how she has been spotted in those same boots a few times before. Something is telling me either she is spending more time in NY to think of that pairing or maybe her stylist is based there.
The whole deck is saying “Yea, i wear beat up boots and H&M with my FRESH off the runway pouch..what of it?” you know kinda bad ass

Well, Rhi filled it out better, but Katy matched her accessories better with the belt and long boots.

I see that Katy Perry rocked her outfit better. (though) Rihanna has great legs and you must give her credit for wearing a “fanny pack” with the dress….lol, either that or she didn’t think it was that fabulous so she just was like Oh im going to go to the store to pick up some ice cream in this H&M(or watever). Well okay Rihanna dang we all know you got it like that but i probably would have wore that dress to something special like an anniversary or some type of classy party. (lol) Go ahead on rihanna love you, You still look great and “healthy”.

Katy Perry hands down….from the black thigh highs to the black belt it works perfectly. Rihanna first off has a fanny pack, which she doesn’t pull off with this outfit and secondly those are the wrong shoes!! OMG…I need to cover my eyes
