November 18, 2009 Rihanna Performs For Nokia In London
Rihanna teamed up with Nokia for a special promotional concert that was brodcast via Nokia.com yesterday. For those of you who missed it, I’ve included the full concert for you after the jump. This is the first time Rihanna has performed many of the new tracks off of her new album, Rated R.

I wish Puff would lend Laurie to her as she clearly has no routine. ARRHHH! She cannot sing, does not dance sooooo….???? If it weren’t for her style and Jay-Z affiliation, who would she be?

Her energy level was really low. I don’t know if she was nervous because it was her first concert in a while or what. I love Rihanna, but she seemed a bit awkward on stage. I wish she would open up a little more, let loose, and really have fun. Some choreography would have been nice to see. Her voice was okay. I loved the remake of Disturbia. Russian Roulette is an amazing song and I thought she did well with that. Overall I liked the performance, but thought it was a little boring for someone who has sold so many albums and had so many number one hits. I am more excited about the new album and her videos then seeing her live though.

I LOVE her new album but….. at least on Russian Roulette she stayed going flat. Like….badly. The album is awesome though.

OKAY SO IN HER SO HARD PERFORMANCE WAS I THE ONLY ONE THAT CAUGHT HER DROP THE MIC AND HER VOICE KEEP SINGING AND SHE MAKES A MESS UP FACE!!!!! YESSSSS SHE WAS SO LIP SINGING! THATS SO SAD THAT ALL SHE IS NOW IS A TIGHT DRESS AND KILLER PUMP BECAUSE HER TALENT IS DREADFUL! CHECK IT OUT SO HARD PERFORMANCE 2ND VERSE SMH SAD! I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR HER TO IM NOT A HATER BY FAR BUT MAKE ME FALL IN LOVE AND I HAVE FALLEN OUT WITH RIHANNA SORRY!

I enjoyed this performance. Her vocals have definitely improved and this is what draws me to Rihanna. I see growth, I see a young woman finding herself and taking risks with her look and sound. So many people are quick to bash but some of us remember a young girl from the 80’s who had a nasal voice and questionable fashion sense who also took risks with her look and sound… Her name is Madonna! I will definitely be purchasing Rated R when it hits stores.

ok, so it was a lil dead but she looked happy being on stage again. The performances form her new cd especially hard already being my fav. song were great. She has improved a lot and its great to see her do so despite everything thats going on & i don’t think she dropped her mic, thats the way the song goes. However I’ve been ignoring that whole Jay & Rihanna are part of the illuminati crap then I saw the wait is ova video & i was like “ok wearing all black spinning around in a church that doesn’t help & you grabbing your crotch while on the angel statue doesn’t help either”, now in her performance with jay I glanced at the screen behind them & the ground was breaking in a city & the buildings and stuff was falling into the pit of fire & stuff was blowing up- you know Rihanna I like you- but your making it super hard not to believe that you worship the devil lol.
