UPDATE #2: A new unreleased track called “Bubble Pop” has been added after the jump. Apparently the track was left over from Good Girl Gone Bad and will.i.am. is responsible for the production.
UPDATE: After listening to the song a few times I’ve decided that I really like it. I love the Rihanna’s delivery and her attitude throughout the entire track. I also really appreciate how she went back to her roots with the Bajan accent. I’m super duper excited for Rated R.
Rihanna wasted no time hitting us with a second single. “Wait Your Turn (The Wait Is Ova)” is a completely different offering from RiRi. I like it…I’m not sure I love it…but it’s a nice track. I prefer “Russian Roulette”.

It might have to grow, but I LOVE how she is bringing her natural accent in it. She sounds soo much better than when she first came out. She sure is growiing.

Erm… I don’t know about this one. Maybe I have to hear it few more times for it to really grow on me. Perhaps a dance mix would be better.

After listening to Mariah Carey’s Standing O–anthem, Up Out My Face and Betcha Gon Know—-These songs just fail in comparison. Rhianna and def jam fail in comparison to what’s hot right now.

enjoyed both tracks. but i agree bubble pop is better since its the usual rihanna fun stuff. but the material on the actual good girl gone bad is much better!
but i like the second half of the wait is ova. starts bad, ends nicely. good message.

I actually like this it’s not so over written or over produced! It doesn’t seem so forced! The words are kinda whack but the musical elements are cool. This should have been the lead instead of that awful awful ..lawd jesus awful Russian Roulette!

The first track is cool, but I am LOVING Bubble Pop. She sampled “Good Life” by Inner City, and I love that song. It’s a classic!

tough Im not a fan of rihanna (already explained why ,since I saw her live I one of her shows,shes a very weak singer and entertainer ) I was a big fan of the Good girl gone bad album ,very good production over the top ,and to be honest russian rohulette was awful ,THE WAIT ITS OVA its way better but anyways its dull ,on Hard the music its good but her voice its the same sounds and the lyrics (specially the chorus)are so repetitive that its dull ,all the songs are set in a very dark mood and it also doesn´t help that riri its not a great singer ,in the other hand I do like WAIT YOUR TURN(a.KA BUBBLE POP)the sample shes using its a classic ,I love it ,but its the only thing thats connecting me to the song ,her voice sounds good she should stick to these kind of dance pop music that doesn´t need a big voice,anyways I think I would pass on her whole album ,for great r&B and a great voice go and pic mariahs album ,for good pop pick shakiras she wolf(tough in the states its not yet rel
eased) ,also check for AMERIE´S great album I already got my copy and its super enjoyable from beggining to end ,my favorites HIGHER ,PRETTY BROWN EYES( it rocks¡¡),RED LIGHT ,DANGEROUS,MORE THAN LOVE,SWAG BACK ,DIFFERENT PEOPLE,DEAR JHON AND THE REMIX OF HEARD EM ALL ,,iLL hope this girl can make it big with LOVE AND WAR ¡¡¡

ok when i first heard this, i loved the ‘wait is ova’ chant and the verses. Coz they were so ganstah!
but i HATED the chourus how it goes less ganstah lol!
but i forced myself to listen to this song over and over (coz this is my ri ri yall!) and i LOVE everything about the song.
