October 25, 2009 New Music: Usher – Rockband
After being somewhat underwhelmed by “Papers”, I’m pleased to say that this new track to surface from Ush has turned my attention back his upcoming album Raymond Vs Raymond. It’s not often we hear Usher doing a pop-influenced track, but Red One is obviously the producer of the moment so of course Usher would go ahead and get his track. It has signature Red One production (hard continuous bass-line & lots of chaotic synths), but Usher’s voice sounds really good and does a good job of not getting lost in the music.

Time to grow up. Usher we need to hear your voice. This song is crap. This should be reserved for the teeny boppers waiting for Chris Brown’s album to drop. To me it’s not for the grown and sexy.

blah. there was a time when i gave a shiz about usher and his records, but that time is not now… there is SO MANY more interesting/faceted performers now… usher is shallow, and it shows in his songs. i wish he’d grow up a little.

What you HATER cant understand is that you can say that you dont love the song with different username on a comment section but you cant stop other people to love Usher
The song is hot even Bscott who dont like Usher say that it was hot
You have tried to break donw my boy breezy but now that he is on the top of the charts you are back to licking his ass !
you will do the same thing with usher (airplay gainer of the week and number 12 at rnb charts without promotion and appearances)

I think this track is more like Usher grasping at straws to a one time big career. His attitude soured my enjoyment of his music.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not feeling this!!!!!!!!! WOW, Usher used to go hard…. See “My Way”, “8701″, “Confessions”, hell even check out “Here I Stand”…. but THIS sounds like something some new artist would come out with…. SMDH

this song is not too bad..but why anybody don’t like it? Ok,that song is not like other Usher’s songz…2009-who sings RnB in this year? and 2008-who have songs like Ushers in 2004,1999,2000..who? this time is new time and everywone sings POP… i didn’t said that I dont like RnB i really love RnB and older Usher’s songs,that songs are incredible and now i listen to song Confessions and Seduction. I’m Usher’s big fan and i can wait new album Raymond vs Raymond

this song is not too bad. But why anybody don’t like it? Ok,maybe is not like othe Usher’s songs but tell me this: It’s 2009 and who sings RnB i cna say the same for 2008-who sings RnB in 2008? who? I didn’t said that i don’t like RnB i really love RnB but this is a new time and all singers sing POP not all but the most singers… i listen to RnB every day and i listen Usher every day
