Congratulations are in order for Miss Britney Spears! Her new single “3″ has reached the #1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 after selling 255,000 downloads. The picture you see is the first look from the upcoming video for the song which should be premiering within the next few weeks. Britney posted this message to her Twitter:
I want to thank my fans for making ‘3’ the #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100. I am truly blessed with the greatest fans in the world. I am so happy y’all love it because I do this all for you. I can’t wait till you see the video

Unfortunately #1 songs are not always true representation of good quality music with beautiful voices and meaningful lyrics, but recognition is recognition and Britney is once again on top of her game. Congratulations to her.
