We all heard about it, and now we have the audio! Listen up as President Obama calls Kanye West (off the record) a “jackass” for his insensitive actions towards Taylor Swift. Damn, when you have the President of the United States calling you out, you know you messed up!

ABC News reporter Terry Moran released this statement via Twitter:
“Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a “jackass” for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”
An ABC Spokesperson had this to say surrounding the incident:
In the process of reporting on remarks by President Obama that were made during a CNBC interview, ABC News employees prematurely tweeted a portion of those remarks that turned out to be from an off-the-record portion of the interview. This was done before our editorial process had been completed. That was wrong. We apologize to the White House and CNBC and are taking steps to ensure that it will not happen again.

I don’t think that’s him. Maybe someone with a voice similar too his but not him, I highly doubt the President would even care to continue on with a conversation about Kanye West past saying he was wrong.

I agree; he has too much on his plate to be dealing with Kanye’s foolishness. Let’s talk healthcare . . . Kanye is the perfect example of what could potentially happen to kids should they become a ‘College Dropout’ as opposed to going to school and getting an education. Just saying!

It’s him. And i don’t think he’s forgetting he’s President, i believe he thought there wasn’t any tape rolling. And I also think just because he IS the Pres, doesn’t mean he has to be in Diplomatic mode 24/7.
We sometimes forget that behind his position he’s a man with opinions about everything just as the next man or woman. If you don’t share that opinion, that’s okay. President said Jackass, whoop-dee-dooo.
It’s not like he was wrong.

Am I the only one actually disturbed by President Obama’s comments on Kanye West leaking out? That shows a major lack of respect.
Off the record means exactly that. No Twiiter or Facebook ish. Twitter has made snitching turn into an all time high.
………and please let this Kanye/Taylor thing die. he apologized, move on.

Good God people calm down. Someone asked him about it and he answered. It’s not like he called a press conference to discuss it. Grow up! Just because he answered their Q and joked around for a bit doesn’t mean he is ignoring his job or vital issues. Damn!

I agree with Ro. He is the president but he is still human. Everyone else stated their case and he definitely has the right. Perhaps America has been hiding behind that screen of constant diplomacy too long. These are real times and it’s time for a real president. GOBAMA!
