I love that Bebe is giving the girls a cheaper version of the Balmain looks. Let’s be real unless u banking, who can afford a $12,000 jacket…honey it’s a recession and I need a recession price.

I like both the balmain and the bebe pieces. However, the bebe pieces look more “wearable” for real life women. For example, the long train on the balmain dress could get stepped on or cause a woman to trip and the big rosette on the balmain miniskirt could become mangled if worn to a crowded cocktail party or to a smaller upscale restaurant.

The sequined stripped party dress is a much better recreation. The strapless train ensemble doesn’t translate well.
The prices are really good! Balmain is really fab!

You can’t recreate a masterpiece. And this clearly applies to Bebe’s weak recreation of Balmain’s frocks.
