Ciara attended the TAG Body Spray Launch Party a couple of weeks ago wearing a Charley 5.0 Strapless Stretch Denim Dress ($235) with platform heels and a leopard print clutch. Rihanna walked the streets of New York last week in the same denim dress but paired it with electric blue Christian Louboutin pumps and a hat.

I Like it on Rihanna better. The dress seems more of a day dress and I liked the way she accessorized it.

It has been said more than thrice before, Ciara did do it better!
I believe this is because Ciara took the dress and wore her hair and shoes to match the simplicity of the garment.
Rihanna tried to dress it up with the hat and shoes she wore, which was fine but overpowering, making the overall ensemble look a little off.

i’m gonna say the mannequin…why? i didn’t like the elctric blue sleeping cap, hat, or whatever. just didn’t do it for me. and i wasn’t feeling ciara’s shoes. just my opinion tho and i’m no expert. but they’re both very lovely ladies indeed.

i think the fact that rihanna wore it to a casual lunch ~ and STILL paired it w/ a hat ~ says it all… it looks great on both ladies, of course, but had rihanna been on any kind of red carpet, she never would’ve rocked what she obv considers a “casual” look, LOL. plus, i think cici could’ve gone a bit bigger/flashier w/ her accessory choices.

I love and support both of these artists, but one wore it best… RIHANNA! Any person with a keen fashion sense would agree. Ciara’s hairstylist is definitely playing her. That wig is not the ONE but she wore the hell outta the dress but RiRi did it better. RiRi jus has this whole Beauty and Glamour thing down packed, even when she does the ROCK N ROLLA Thing Its Hot. Ciara Needs Her Long Flowing Curls Back or a better short wig THEN She Can Come back & compete. She should definitely work a RUNWAY though, I saw “Work” Video She’s A Beast.

I have to disagree. I think Ciara rocked the outfit the best. The dress doe not look as ruffled on her like it does on RiRi. on RiRi it looks like if she moves one more inch she is going to flash everyone. I think if Rihanna would have put on a chain or anything on her neck she probably could have pulled it off because she looks too plain on top. I just feel like Ciara just accessorized better and looks better in it. No beef with you guys. JMO

RiRi rocked the dress IN THE STREETS OF NYC… If Ciara realized that Rihanna wore the same dress just walking the STREETS of NYC I don’t think she would have dared to ware it to a launch party…. Someone messed up somewhere. Now if RiRi were at the launch party it would’ve been interesting to see what she would have worn for that event.
