Not the biggest fan of the little hat but hey if that’s what she wants to wear….. the dress…. fits her divinely so I have no complaints…. sorta funny though…. if it were anyone else trying to pull this look off I would probably say they look a hot damn mess but it’s Rihanna and she somehow pulls this off…. werk Rihanna werk!!!!

I love the dress but the hat is off in color and it makes her look old. The shoes are highsteppers I love them n the colors is tasty.

I’m sorry but she looks a hot mess here. That hat looks like a damn handkerchief stuck onto her head. It does not go with the outfit and she has too much blue on…not to mention they’re different shades. She needs some other sort of color in there.
This is not “trendsetting”…this is just plain “mess”.

Obviously it has the attention of everybody because she took a simple dress with simple pumps and made her outfit outrageous with her little blue hat, I would expect it from RiRi, so I think it is wonderful just wonderful…..but for anyone else don’t wear the blue hat your not RiRi
