Allow me to introduce you to one of today’s hottest rising soul singers. Jon Bibbs hails from Richmond, Virgina and is slowly making a name for himself in the independent music scene. When I say this man is the truth, you better listen!
Jon has been developing his musical talents since the age of two, when mother enrolled him in piano classes at Virginia Commonwealth University. By the age of 12 he was playing with the Richmond Philharmonic Orchestra.
After discovering his vocal abilities during a late night recording session while attending Hampton University, Jon Bibbs’ became quite popular throughout the area. In 2001 he released his first project True Story, which swept though the eastern region. His second effort, Red: The Color of Love, garnered him national recognition and heightened anticipation for his last project, Unbreakable.

Already, Bibbs has worked with some of the most talented musicians in the industry including Bilal, Busta Rhymes, John Legend, Ledisi, and Jaguar Wright…just to name a few. Kyte TV and Jon recently began a partnership deal which allows fan to watch, and interact with Jon as he continues on his musical journey and prepares for his next album which is slated for late 2009.

Hello Lovely BScott,
I know u mite get the messages of young women taking care of kids all by themselves…well let me just add on with them because it is so hard. I love my boys to death, but lord knows there killing me. I just wanted u to pray for me, and also let u know that i remember those days at school no it wasn’t because of my sexuality, but my skin color. Everyone always teased me of being so dark, i was called, roach, oil spill, black ass, u name it i’ve heard and ur message about u and ur mother’s prayer made me wish that i would’ve told my mom and she would have asked god to protect me and keep me strong. well thanks 4 all of ur postive advice.

I know that MAN…LOL! I think that it’s so cool to see someone you know and the young lady singing with on the track is MICHON DAVID. How I know because I sing with her in THE FUZZ BAND. I love your show B.SCOTT AND U!!!! Keep doing your thing and I hope one day we meet…
