July 24, 2009 Diddy Introduces “Dirty Money”
Diddy took to his YouTube channel recently to introduce us all to his new group Dirty Money. The group consists of himself (by the name of Sean, not Diddy), Dawn Richard (formerly of Danity Kane), and newcomer Kalenna. I’m actually interested in hearing what his new sound is for this upcoming Last Train to Paris album (which recently got pushed back to November). In the video he explains where he got the name “Dirty Money” and also addresses a few rumors floating around about the project. It all makes a little more sense now, but I think it’s definitely something I’m going to have to hear to understand.

All this makes me think about is Suge Knight at The Source Awards in 95. Even though Death Row didn’t have the longevity of Bad Boy, seeing Diddy, I mean, Sean like this just makes me think he needs to fall back sometimes.

Kalenna AKA Estelle. isn’t that her? Dawn looks bored in the youtube video. Why can’t the girl get her own album? SOOO SICK OF DIDDY PERIOD!!!!
And why is he perpetuating the light-skinned/dark-skinned stereotype? why encourage that? i kno its meant as a joke but it AINT helpful

I’m sorry but Diddy has fucked up every group he oversaw. He fucked up Dream, Da Band, Danity Kane, Day 26…you name it. Diddy has had some talented artist and watched many o them fail because of his horrible producing. HE should never have broken Danity Kane apart…they had TALENT! Those girls were great together. Now Dawn just looks like some sort of background singer. I hope he doesn’t ruin these songs like he does every other effing song by just going “uh huh uh huh….bad boy baby…uh huh uh huh….bad boy” ALL of the time!
