Model Amber Rose, alongside her boo Kanye, hit up the BET Awards red carpet wearing a white Alexander Wang Tunic Dress ($475), pink heels, and a pink clutch. Singer Amerie rocked the SAME dress on the SAME red carpet but paired it with those ever-so-popular Alexander McQueen Booties ($1,159). This is definitely a situation that celebs do not want! Love muffs, which diva made the dress look better?

Amber DEFINITELY rocked it better because it fits and the pink accessories make it pop. Amerie’s looks to dayum big and she just looks dull. I actually would’ve never caught the fact that it’s the same dress had you not mentioned it…

I think Amerie did it better. She paired it with the right color accesories not to stand out as much as Amber but to make the ensemble classy. She looked absolutely gorgeous.

I gotta give it to my girl Amerie. Why? Because I just think that Amerie makes this dress look like what it is..a dress. Miss Amber over there makes it look like a shirt that was stretched to fit her body. Plus Amber was looking a little matchy-matchy and Amerie was rocking my favorite style of shoes. So A+ to Amerie and C- to Amber.

Amerie looks better in my opinion. Amber kinda looks tacky with them pink heels (that look to big for her) and clutch, although she does fill it out more.

I like Amerie, I am feeling the Boots mos definitely and the accessories to match and Amber just threw on some pink pumps and cluth, don’t get me wrong Amber is a hot commodity though but Amerie wins hands down!

This dress fits both celebs….but I’d have to say that Amber placed this dress with accessories that made the dress interesting. I wouldn’t have chosen black accessories with this dress. Especially since there are no style-lines, patterns, etc. that speak to the starkness of black. Take a look at Amerie’s accessories. They seem to fade too far into the background and though you notice them….they almost look as if they are separate from the ensemble. The hot pink however seem to glow as a compliment to the cream….and you come away with the impression of “Wow…that’s a different take…I wouldn’t have thought to go with that color, but it works…” When you challenge fashion and create new looks…it’s so much fun..and it makes for a better ensemble….! Imma have to go with Amerie,it’s simple and cute, not overdone. Amber on the other hand looks a little tacky, I love her though and hate to say it but those shoes aren’t working for me and they look a little too big, keep the clutch loose the shoes and go for some a little less plasticky oh and lose the glasses too( it’s just too much). By the way I have a lovely c cup JustMe

Ms. Amber looks too space-age with the glasses, and she needs a bra for her boobies – really. Amerie gives the dress more class, looks like she put way more thought into her appearance; Amber looks more like a porn advertisement.
