Honey, you better WORK! Ciara’s brand new video premiered earlier today and this is by far the hottest video I’ve seen from her in a long time. She gave me every single thing I needed and more in this video. Homegirl is dancing for her life! I guess she knew what she needed to do in order to boost those Fantasy Ride sales. Melina is one of the baddest directors in the business. I’m super thrilled that she and Ciara were able to make something so fierce! Only they could combine high fashion with a construction site and make it splendiferously divine!

give me a break with downplaying ciara’s sales. first the work video is released only internationally. fantasy ride is platnum in canada and silver in the uk and she’s still pumping it here in the US with a video for US to come soon. LSM is certified platnum as a single making top 10 on the world charts including belgium australia US UK canada etc. Never Ever was top 10 on urban US and it certified platnum as well.
just bc she didn;t do 300k doesn’t mean the album ain’t eating.

Personally i have been tiring of Ciara lately…..but i have to give credit where credit is due, this girl just danced for her whole entire life. the song is cool but the video is what may just redeem her. i hope it works!

The Song is not good at all, but I will give it too her she dances gracefully, but the style is still like Beyonce, CiCi is nice looking so it would have been nice for her Team to come up with a Style all her own the video still put me in Beyonce’s (Diva) considering her past video’s she just didn’t think out ~side the box when it came to her style.. Maybe the next cd she will think outside of what the other female artist are doing…

I didn’t like the song at first until a couple of listens and I didn’t really like the video when I saw the snippet of it but after seeing the whole video….she did her thing.

There some lyrics from the song, so why would you expect anything different from the video of this song. i watched the video 3 times before commenting, Ciara – you better WORK!. I love the video, I love the song, I’m glad she’s getting international acclaim, because quite frankly the people in the states are very close-minded and can’t take music that crosses the genres or can’t be put in a pre-defined category. And why can’t yall criticize without comparing. She started showing this fashion style in her videos with ‘go girl’ which came out way before ’single ladies’. and she was wearing cut out leotards since she came out. she’s growing stop hindering her, she’s not trying to be beyonce, or rihanna, shes in her twenties and trying to define who cici is

I think it’s interesting that people are downing her CONTROLLED booty poppin like there is no skilled involved. As a former dancer (injuries are a bitch), I can say that you have to have some strong ass legs and a good core to even attempt that and make it look controlled and not jiggly. I liked the video, and no she did not rip off Beyonce. Beyonce is a good dancer, but she is not as tight (physically) to pull off some of Ciara’s moves. She would end up looking more jiggly, which is not it. Just sayin….

Ehhhh I am on the fence lol! I mean I love Cici, but I don’t think the choreo was what that was, and for a song that is CLEARLY Gay Culture influenced… it should have been a bit more flamboyant in the movements, and less hood girl booty poppin! I have never purchased a CD. But, the girl WENT IN on this video. IMO this is one of her best videos. Song is great!! i do agree not so much of a Radio Song, more of a club hit. The video was fiya, she always gives me life in her videos. The beat of the song resembles a vogue beat. If she woulda incorporated some vougeing in the video it woulda topped the video off.

Ciara just shut the game down with this video! Some of yall hate just for the sake of hating. I got a work out just watching it. It’s a dance track. It’s not about vocals or uplifting lyrics.
