i think because demi as shorter legs and the dress cut right below her knees makes it look worse on her. but, also cindy knows how to pose and, so in my opinon, that automatically made her look better.

I think that Cindy looks better in the dress, the dress on Demi makes her look short and kinda manish and her hair looks bad.

i agree w/ bambi ~ demi’s dark hair sets the blue off just right, but cindy has those couple inches on her… it’s a close call, but my vote goes to cindy c. )

I think Demi suits the colour of the dress, but Elle wears it better.
