Any love muffins following sensation du jour Susan Boyle? Recently she caught the media world by storm with her voice, quirky looks and warm demeanor. Anyway, in a big surprise to anyone following the show, Britain voted her into second place. 10-person dance group from Essex and East London “Diversity” won, getting the chance to perform for Queen Elizabeth II.

Thoughts? Did anyone follow the show or ever watch her YouTube videos?

  • Susan Boyle is a wonderful and inspiring performer. I was saddened by the gratuitously negative press she received during the final week of the “Britain’s Got Talent.” I wish that the public spotlight could have been the unalloyed pleasure that Susan at first thought it to be. But I tihink she will be able to get her bearings and realize her dream, and the rest of us will benefit. Good luck, Susan.

  • Yeahh.
I live in te UK & followed it ..
    I’m GLAD she didn’t win.

    She didn’t NEED to .. she’s pratically a celeb.

It is also good for the queen to see diversity ; (the dance group), giving a positive respresentation of mutilcultural young people.

&& ; (GASP!) .. It’s better the money go to 10 people as opposed to 1.

    I’m done.=D

  • I’m with shan on this one Diversity deserved the crown i didnt want susan to win. I dont dispute the fact that she is talented, but Diversity represent a new britain that the country never really appreciates because they see us as unapproachable or generally a problem they don’t know how to deal with.

At the end of the day Susan has worldwide recognition and will go on to have an “interesting” career, Diversity now have a chance of making a name for themselves and Simon Cowell has 2 winners for the price of one!

    I’m Done =D

Yes, I have followed this singer sensation right from the start. when I first heard her voice it moved me to tears. The way she just stands there and beltss out these high octives like a soul bird is just incredible. Also her story of how she began to sing after her mother had passed away, and stating she had never been kissed when asked by Simom Cowe is just halarious. She has a real charm , and lets us all hold on to our dreams no matter what they are and no matter in what package you are in , are your age. Best O f Luck < Susan Boyle, And May “God” Bless and Keep You Always in his loving Arms.
    A Fan in LA. Candy
