May 28, 2009 Rihanna Will Testify Against Chris Brown In Court!
According to TMZ Rihanna’s lawyer just said the D.A. told him his client will be subpoenaed at the next court hearing.
Donald Etra said Rihanna will be called to the stand to testify at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing on June 22.
Etra says his client will cooperate and take the stand. It’s not at all unexpected that the alleged victim would be called to the stand in a prelim.
Also today, the judge rejected a motion made by Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, asking for an order requiring the LAPD to ante up info regarding leaks in the case. ~ TMZ

After seeing that dumba%* video Chris Brown put up I am glad she will be testifying against him. He has no remorse for what he did or at least he acts like he doesn’t. I hope he has to pay for what he did because maybe then he will act like he knows that there are actual consequences to his heinous actions. And why is Bow “midget” Wow co-signing on anything? He’s an idiot too.

i wish them both the best of luck. at the end of the day NO ONE should be putting their hands on ANYBODY…MAN OR WOMAN. No i dont think men should ever put there hands on a woman but as a human we ALL have the right to defend ourselves. And yea imma say it…if she laid hands on him then he had every right to hit her back. Not the right to go ape shit on her, but a good slap woulda done it.
Anyone saying that men have no right to hit women under any circumstance are really just full of shit. So you mean to tell me if a woman is coming at a man with a freakin knife he’s just supposed to take it cause she’s a woman? or what if the woman is like 400lbs 5′8 and he’s 150 5′0? everything is always circumstantial.
Both MEN and woman are victims of domestic abuse its just unfortunate that it usually happens to women. But that doesnt make it okay for women to use that as an excuse just because you know society and the law is automatically gonna be on your side.
if you gonna take a stand against domestic violence, ya’ll need to take a stand against ALL forms of domestic violence, because trust and believe it happens to women AND men.

go head riri. take a stand! and im agreein wit clo up above me. hopefully justice will be served and maybe this all will be sorted out. and if she did hit him or something like that she should have some kinda penance too but his, of course, SHOULD be far worse as his actions were just ridiculous.

I am so happy! Before I wasn’t any one way, but after seeing the little video Mr. Brown made I am not mad at Princess Rhi Rhi at all! I love and support her in everything she does!

SOME people will never believe anything. Some people thought there was no fight with Chris and Rihanna which TMZ told us first there was a fight. Some people thought the pictures were FAKE which TMZ put out first the pictures were real. Some people will never believe anything I bet you still think the world is flat

I can’t believe some fool just wrote a ghetto dissertation on how and why to beat up on a woman.
Men who beat woman are a threat to society. If I got into an argument with a loved one and I felt it getting violent – I would walk away. I wouldn’t wait for them to slap or hit me so I could give them a knuckle sandwich.

@Troubleoh7 you really need to stop. I don’t think she is going to testify aganist him personally. There are some things about Rihanna that she doesn’t want to come to light and with this trial its going to happen. She is not a victim is this case. I remember when she had a interview last year saying how she took a glass bottle and broke it across her brothers face. If she would do this to a family member what do u think she would do to someone out in the streets. Rihanna has a past and alot of people are going to be really surprise and there views are going to change about her. Why do u think the judge threw the police report out because she read it and said this is BS. People we have all made mistakes in life and at that age dumb things. Before this happen people liked Chris and now he’s this and that but what if he was your son or nephew…etc. there is alot more to this story and its coming please believe.

I tend to agree with some of the facts that .clo came up with. Domestic violence is a problem with both sexes…it is also a huge probem in same gender relationships. I feel no one has the right to place their hands on another. Yes I do believe in self-defense but only if you can’t get out of the situation. I believe either of them (Chris and Rhi) could have gotten out of that situation. I’t’s called “JUST GET OUT OF THE CAR” or “JUST WALK AWAY”. There is never an excuse for any type of abuse whether it is physical, neglectful, verbal, or mental!!!!

yes chris is wrong for what he did but why isnt he charged with assault and battery tht doesnt make sense to me assault mean an intent to do something without actually doing it and battery means actually doing what you say you gonna do he isnt charged with assault and battery he is charge with felony criminal threats and felong assault

I dont think some people understand that chris didnt just make some video to go after the media. It was a ten minute video and he was bowling with his friends. He only talked a couple times.
