Ciara and Kim Kardashian were spotted having lunch at The Ivy in LA. CiCi wore a white Stella McCartney jumpsuit from the Spring 2008 collection while Kim was seen rocking a Spring 2009 Balmain vest. Both ladies looked fantastic!

I love the dress on Ciara better then the model. Kim looks stupid in the vest. It looks cheap and ugly. That whole outfit looks cheap and it might have cost $20,000.

Yeah TOTALLY from Target. I can’t believe anyone with fashion knowledge would look at the close up of that vest and blame it on Balmain. For shame.
