During Beyonce’s “Diva” performance in Rotterdam Saturday, she stayed true to her lyrics and threatened to fire people if they didn’t get the lights working with the quickness. You can clearly hear her say, “Lights! Somebody’s getting fired!” After this tour wraps up, it’s rumored B might take a two-year hiatus to spend time at home with hubby, Jay-Z — maybe pop out a kid or two.

I think that may have just been a joke.
And i wouldn’t blame her for wanting to take a break and getting some “me” time (although I really don’t think she will sit down for too long).

I think Beyonce wants to show she’s upset for the sake of fans who payed money.
WHen beyonce falls – hurt or healthy – she gets back up.
If the lights go out – come hell or high water – they need to come back on -quickly.

I’m confused as to why she would announce “sombody getting tired” right after asking for lights?
I heard “somebody getting fiiiired” but thats besides the point. I don’t think it was a bad thing, it was hilarious to me because she didn’t miss a beat and incorporated it into the song

that cannot be Ms Beyonce on that picture. Ms. Scott are you playing with us with that picture? that looks like one of those peformers who go around acting like her, and singing her music. What the hell they call them? The roots is all nappy as hell, the weave look all cheap and busted, then there is flab/wrinkles under the neck & arm, come on now, where on the real Beyonce body have you seen anything connected to flab or wrinkle on that girls body? I don’t mean to knock the hustle, or maybe i just have a little tooo much eye for detail being a photography student..lol but keep it funky with me either way. Someone was just having a bad day one.

I’m not too sure what the getting fired or tired part would be about. But her outfit did light up after she said that.
